EXPLANATORY NOTE
On November 15, 2017, Ms. Osnat Ronen, a member of the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”) notified the Company that she resigns from her position as a director of the Company effective immediately due to commitments related to other professional endeavors. Ms. Ronen’s resignation is not a result of any disagreement with the Board or the management of the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations. The Board thanks Ms. Ronen for her service and commitment during her tenure as a director on the Board.
